The Capital District Educational Opportunity Center (EOC) is funded by the SUNY University Center for Academic and Workforce Development and delivers comprehensive, community-based academic and workforce development programs. The EOC also provides support services leading to enhanced employment opportunities, access to further education, and increased personal growth and development.
